We only collect what we need to answer you or process a request:

• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone, topic, and message.
• Dealer form: dealership name, contact name, email, phone, and state.
• Phone or email: whatever you choose to tell us.

Our website forms do not transmit data to our servers. They open a pre-filled message in your own email program, which you review and send yourself. Nothing is stored on this website.

Loan applications are not taken on this website. When you choose "Apply," you are taken to our lending partner's secure application portal, which has its own privacy policy and collects the sensitive information required to process credit applications.

To respond to your inquiry, prepare and submit financing or warranty requests you ask us to submit, service your account, and comply with legal obligations such as lending, anti-fraud, and recordkeeping rules.

We share information with lenders, warranty administrators, and dealers only as needed to fulfill the request you made, and with service providers and regulators where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It does load Google Fonts and, on the contact page, an embedded Google Map — both are provided by Google and may set their own cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

This site is for adults. Our services are only available to people 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it promptly.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use our Contact page with the subject "Data request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for making a request.

Some records tied to a submitted credit application must be retained for a period required by law, and we will tell you if that applies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not email us Social Security numbers or full account numbers — use the secure application portal instead.
