Refund & Cancellation Policy

It costs nothing to contact us, submit an inquiry, or apply for financing through CK Financial Services LLC. We do not take payments on this website, so there is nothing to refund for using our service.

You can withdraw an application at any time before you sign final loan documents, at no cost. Just call (833) 801-6990 or use our contact page.

Once a loan is funded, your payments are made to the lender, not to us. Any question about a payment, payoff, or refund of loan charges is handled under your lender's contract. We are happy to help you contact them.

Extended service contracts, GAP, and similar products are sold and administered by third parties such as Protective Asset Protection. Most of these contracts include a free-look period during which you can cancel for a full refund, and a pro-rated refund after that, less any claims paid and any cancellation fee stated in the contract. The exact terms are in your contract — read the cancellation section, and we will help you start the request.
